I started out in virtual assistance and quickly moved into more complex operations work, managing CRMs, coordinating projects, and building workflows that actually stick. For over four years, I served as Director of Operations for a Florida-based pool construction company, handling everything from client communications and project scheduling to team coordination and process documentation, all remotely. Since 2024, I’ve also been doing SEO content writing for clients in property management and other industries. I’ve built a career on being the person who figures out the system, cleans it up, and keeps it running.
